Listing items 10% tax

Many players, including me, are unable to sell our items because we don't have the 10% required to sell the item. As an example, if I wanted to sell an item for 100k, I wouldn't be able to because I have 4k kr. What I'm suggesting is to deduct the 10% after the sale is made. This means that there is no amount needed to be paid when listing the products, but there will be after the item is sold.

Live example:
I have 6000 kr
I want to list my ak skin for 79999 kr
After the item is sold I'll get 72000.

79999 - 10% = 72000.
