might be a repost but still needs some spotlight
if the hesitation is the potential abuse, just limit it to level 30 like the current gifting system
if the potential abandonment of the marketplace is the fear, then you can try bumping the tax on gifting / kr trades to a higher rate, or maybe lowering the listing fee to something a bit cheaper
what it would do, however, is limit the amount of scams that happen on a daily basis (promise of KR after trade, doesn't gift)
and thats a real issue, its happened to just about anyone who has actively traded for more than 3 months
