Hello, I'm Officer_Baddie. I haven't been able to access my Krunker account, which I've been using actively for several years, since the last update logged me out. It seems like I've lost my password (even though I thought I remembered it). After emailing the Krunker team repeatedly for the last two weeks, they finally responded. They’ve asked me for some information to verify my account, which is fair:

Gifting History

Skins Purchased

Linked Twitch Account

The problem is, I "only" play this game. The KR I've earned goes into the prize wheel, so I don't have any "gifting history," I don't recall buying skins, and I don't use Twitch.

This is my account, which I’ve leveled up to around level 200, and I’ve progressed with trigger mastery, around 60k in inventory, and 11k KR. I sent screenshots to the FRVR team, showing that no one else could have taken these screenshots except me. Yet, despite this, the FRVR team is bureaucratically denying my password reset request.

In the first screenshot, you can see the photo of my homepage when I couldn’t log into my account. In the second and third screenshots, you’ll see my email correspondence with yendis.ch when I lost my password after an update in 2022, and they kindly solved the issue.

So, come on guys, given that these details are unique to me, why are you making it so hard for me to recover my account with these pointless, fixed questions? Please be a bit more thoughtful—I've been playing this game for about 3 years, and I’ve invested significant time and effort. Please offer an alternative solution so I can regain access to my account.

There are a lot more options

Proof of Purchase: Transaction IDs, receipts, or emails for any in-game purchases.
Gifting History: Usernames of at least 3 gifted KR (Level 35+) who aren't alternate accounts and weren't gifted to within the last week.
Market Purchases: Three skins you bought (Level 20+), specifying the weapon (if applicable). Excludes skins from spins or trades.
Previous Passwords: At least two passwords used on the account, spaced at least a month apart.

But i send enough screenshots of mailings from 2022 with yendis.ch to recover pass, and mail that they sent.

thanks 7leafs. i swear i don't care about trading also. my habit is just put an "a tribe called quest" album or a podcast on the background and kill the kids. 🙂 never tried to get success, i dont care about weapons or skins, mostly rejected trading offers.

If you didn’t purchased anything with money doubt there is a chance of getting the account back. They can’t see old passwords so doesn’t help either

i answered two questions they asked like my 2 old passwords or three items i bought in in-game market. but they ask at least three questions. duh. i also mailings with yendis from two years ago to reset pass and waiting now...

i also provided screenshots from in game menu which my username and character is obvious (no one could take that screenshots except me)

General note: the title sounds more like a support case when I believe youre actually trying to request different recovery options. I'd change the title to "add better/different recovery methods for accounts before the email transition" if this was your intention

I recently purchased the maid bundle for two reasons, it's fire, and because I want account security

No matter what proof I have that it's my account, I know they probably won't pay or any attention of o haven't given them any money

#

Ik email verification helps now but ik that their account recovery and support emails aren't reliable
