I never faced this error "password incorrect". It definitely is correct. it has always been the same. I tried logging into my account like normal some months ago, and i couldnt get in. it was all to sudden. Ever since then, ive been playing on alts.

Ive sent FRVR 3 mails so far but only to see no response. Its depressing. Id like to know if my account has been hacked into, or if there is some way to get it back. I hold dear memories too. Please Help.

i lost my 5 year old account cuz i can't get the google authenticator code cuz i don't have that email anymore, and i attempted to open a ticket on frvr support but it didn't solve my problem at all

back in march 2024(?) FRVR made everyone link an email with their accounts. if you weren't playing around that time and didn't do that, then yeah maybe there's a chance to slot in a new email

why is the frvr support so incompetent I lowkey send them all they need for them to reset my pw and they send me a mail where they ask me to send that informations that I send them 1 day before they lowkey answered that mail with all the infos in

and I put nearly every transaction id and all my privios pw in that mail and IPv4 etc...

why tf they aint helping me

I have experienced the same issue, you have to submit a ticket with proper good evidence

provide as many information as you can
if you don't have proof of purchase it's fine, just keep providing information they will help you out in the tickets
just wait patiently.

got the same issue, not able to reach my 3 years old account and frvr asks for rubbish questions. i manage to answer two of them but they say at least 3 quests needed. i also got mailings with yendis from 2022 about recovering pass and their positive mails but frvr doesnt care. did my last shot mailed them again and waiting, im about to delete krunker forever. maybe it was the right time...

if it makes you feel any better, the person who brute-forced my account password (through gmail and twitch data breaches) reached out to me, and then we reached out to the kid who they sold my account to, and that kid forgot the new password he put on it

#

so now i'm back to waiting on my FRVR support ticket, but at least we know a lot of us were probably bruted in the same way

#

a few weeks back i managed to get @subtle heart to address this in #general, and allegedly he doesn't have access to the FRVR support ticket data (could be lying)
so we don't even know who on the FRVR team is responsible for this
we've been waiting for months
