I highly suggest making the current system easier to work with (maybe longer) but can save time if S8 is a huge banger with loads of new ideas coming
This is his I thought it could be : After any new submission of a report / suggestion, a staff member should rename it with a unique number and a title composed of Key words describing the submission.
For example :
Add sky color to krunker client -> [Submission number] Client Features
Make a direct link to the player we are trading with in Trade map -> [Sub. Number] Gameplay /in-game trades.
On that system, the submission number would be considered as the reference of the 1st submission, and the** key words** to describe the submission. Only staff members can rename after another staff.
With that system, staff can sort the submission channels and deny duplicated submissions.
Another tag "Discord" can be added for discord suggestion like this one, but also events Idea and else.
if someone posts too many duplicate submissions, that is going to make them lose time, but staff can remove their access to write in report/suggestion channels by (discord) black listing them, another way to show that rules exist and have to be respected.

Its an improvement but suggestions need a lot more
Its currently way too bloated due to the "data" just being raw conversations with lots of useless convos
Imo they need to have a weekly summary of key ideas that were discussed including the final result of the discussion, have those final ideas voted on by the community, then the ones with good vote ratio be sent.
Community denied posts and approved votes should then receive a tag but not be closed to still keep discussion in their respective forum
