I recently made a anti rev nuke system for a infected map and I used the "OnNukeStart" event
Not sure what you are doing wrong, but it worked for me
Did you host the map or did you test in sandbox?
Tested in Sandbox
@thorn siren triggers do not work in sandbox
They work with other actions, like onShoot and onEnter
Some other things also domt work, server preset also doesnt work iirc
