As the render for the 2 skins was taking place, it had me thinking about how long the poop would be on the ground before flies started to swarm it. I did some research and it takes around 1-3 hours for a fly to find something edible. So to compensate for the shorter amount of time due to the 4 minute match length I decided that it should be around 20 seconds. As for how long it stays on the ground, it would be very funny if the poop stayed on the ground for the entire duration of the match. I would also like to note that if you step in the poop you get athlete's foot causing your health to go down until you step in water.
