(repost) KPD/Frvr: A friend just got scammed with trade confusion (where the seller chats about selling one thing but actually requests another). What is the KDP/Frvr's stance on such things? The scam account doesn't exist anymore so the skins were presumably transferred to another account before the scam account was deleted. What is the best course of action here?

all trades are final and this doesnt appear to be a scam, players can lie about prices and FRVR/KPD do not enforce people lying about prices. If the scammer account was locked it is likely the items were locked and item recovery is not possible from locked accounts.
