It's not the Impostors that camp the zipline and ladders - it's the crew who are inexperienced and don't know how to play a different way.

This is a H&S thing - players sit at the top of the zipline waiting for the Impostor to come up, and while he's coming up, they go down so the Imp can't get them. It's a scum strategy and it frustrates Imps when they see it as well as other crew that people are doing that
