CHIPS MORE PUDDING
Ingredients
☆Whipping cream
☆Nestle' cream
☆Chips more
☆Condensed milk
☆Cocoa powder

Steps
Measurements aren't exact.

1. Pour 0.33 litres og whipping cream into a bowl and whip until stiff peaks form
2. Add 1/3 cup condensed milk and 1 small container of nestle' cream and whip again until though mixed
3. Add 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder and whip again until the mixture is consistent
4. Break the chips more cookies into large pieces. (I used 2 large packets)
5. Start with a thin layer of the whipping cream mixture. Then alternate between the biscuits and mixture until the mixture runs out.
6. Finely crush up the rest of the chipsmore cookie and sprinkle on top
7. Chilll and serve 😋

Okay let's prep some breakfast: start with some eggs in a greased pan, salt & pepper to taste, and cover while cooking to make sure heat is spread evenly...

While we're doing that, let's get some bacon started with onion & fresh basil leaves. Bacon doesn't need any other butter or oil, it just cooks on its own

Let's start with some miniature eggplant, or "aubergine" as it's sometimes called. We're gonna slice it...

...and fry it in a little bit of oil...

And do the same with some pork loin! Sprinkle salt, pepper, fennel, and some minced garlic. Don't overdo it, pork gets really tough if it cooks to long!
If you can't eat pork for whatever reason, thinly-sliced boneless skinless chicken thighs will do the trick 👍

Oh, and let's slice some apples! If you don't have a spiralizer, hand-sliced is fine. We're going to lightly saute these next to our protein

And let's quickly bake some french fries... That way we have our starch, our protein, our vegetable (aubergine) and our apples as a flavor expander for the meat!

Dinner tonight was slow cooker Chicken casserole and it only cooks for 8 hours! (Depending on what brand of slow cooker you use)
All you have to do is
Cut up 500g Chicken thighs into thirds
Add 200g button mushrooms whole
Slice up large red onion
Slice up large carrot
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
1/2 cup of water
And chicken casserole recipe base
All you have to do is put it on LOW heat for just 8 hours!! Its as simple as that! And just serve with whatever rice tickles your fancy
It serves 4 people so if you wanna double the recipe, I definitely would! Very very tasty
