Weelll don't laugh but I use an app called Flipaclip. It's normally an app used for creating 2D animation, but I misuse it entirely for drawings because it's the only drawing app that has a good brush and the right amount of tools

Learning how to draw hands instead of circles, to be honest it looks decent

For hands, starting off with circles isn't a bad thing to do, because that will actually make making hands a lot easier. Draw a circle with a line in the middle and sides, with lines for the fingers (on top of that line you drew in the middle of the hand), one on the side for the thumb. Then build off the fingers with some semi-circles. Just wanted to give a tip and hopefully help with further practice ^^ and it doesn't look half bad!
