Ellies backstory is that Ellie was the daughter of the leader of a german biker clan (the one punkhauser was from) and the leader was allies with Terrence Suave (and in that sense, the toppat clan). So when terrence suave was overthrown, the toppats didnt see any reason to continue being allies with the clan and constantly attacked them whenever they were trying to steal the same thing. But the leader still tries to reason with the toppats. So, the cycle repeats multiple times and they overthrow the leader. then they throw him and his family into the wall

Hey, so I have found a plot hole that ruins the "all endings are canon" statement

(Spoilers I guess?)
So, in the PBT + CA ending a wall guard in the tanks says "some other government is here fighting with the toppats." The "some other" part implies that they work for the government, so in this case the Wall would be a federal prison. Puffballs also said that it's a prison in canada. If this is all valid, then this would mean that it's a federal canadian prison, and since the 2 governments are cooperating, then they couldn't just violate an US pardon.
If they sticked with this rule, RBH can't take place based on this fact alone
If Dmitri for some reason locked him up anyway, he'd be doing this outside of the law (US law anyway), and all of the CtM endings with RBH would eventually cause him being arrested and would be removed as the warden of the wall, and based on what we know about him, he wouldn't risk losing his job like that.
So essentially the RBH ending is nullified, along with maybe RPE if you want to exclude that for being a branch ending with RBH in it.

Actually not every RBH ending causes dmitri to get arrested in this plot hole, RBH + IRO specifically cause that path with Henry working directly with the government so the word of the wall arresting him would get to the very top. Also the trailer arguement and him doing stuff off the books can be valid points but I don't think that this is a good point in case of Dmitri and the situation. He's clever and far thinking, in the previously mentioned PBT + CA ending he tracks them easily to the jungle base, showing the fact that he thinks far and has contacts to get such information (further point for the canadian federal prison theory, he'd probably have a way to get data that he needs with cooperating governments), I'm sure that considering Henry's ever so mentioned luck he'd know better as to verify the pardon thing and not risk his job and freedom for getting Henry, so still I hold onto the fact that this is a plot hole.

In PBT he's freed (if you get secret) and in RPE he stays in the cells

Cuz remember : In GSPI the whole airship division gets arrested and in RBH you just capture Reginald, and we don't even know where did the ship go after that

And In one of the endings henry gets arrested aswell
