You know what I’m just gonna pour my heart out here and if he happens to show up later I’m gonna type it again. Even though CtM had multiple people involved, I loved seeing how much was made by one person. It gave me some hope as a solo aspiring game dev. I even learned some lessons about game development from THSC: even simple games take time and that’s okay, don’t burn out, make your characters simplistic but expressive, and always make the protag do a silly dance because that makes them ten times more memorable
