Here's a way of seeing it: in every other ending, Henry has a goal that he completes. It always ends with "MISSION COMPLETE". In TCW, you don't achieve anything other than escaping the airship. It even adds a "?" on the end because Henry practically achieved nothing but his life and 3 allies
