Actually, TCW is one of the most hated endings. That is because it has an interesting premise unfolding, but it just abruptly ended before the climax.

And about the Revenged path, it is clear that Henry got betrayed, and took down most of the Toppat Clan with him. Also, he clearly died after the ending. However, the R ending could have been expanded more to show the aftermath, the fate of remaining Toppat Members, the government investigating the damage, and most importantly, Henry’s dead body being found by Charles.

I just assumed that he was injured in the crash, or the crash caused his new software to be critically damaged, and he either succumbed to his wounds or his software shut down, causing some sort of organ failure.
