For people with the white screen startup problem, here's some steps:
Some people say restarting your computer can help. It's easy, so try that first.
If that doesn't work, your save file might be corrupt. We can try to fix it with Steam cloudsave, but it probably won't help.
Open a file explorer and go to:
%appdata%\com.innersloth.henry.HenryFlash\Local Store
Move these files somewhere else and see if the game starts. Steam will recreate those files from the cloud, but it might already have stored a bad save. But if the game starts and you have your progress, cool!
If Steam doesn't create the files for you, then cloud save is already off. But otherwise, you need to turn off cloud for the game, right-click it in the list, and pick properties. Open the Updates tab and uncheck "Enable Steam Cloud".
Then delete the files in the save folder and see if the game starts. If it does, then close the game, move one file back and start the game to see which one breaks the game. This will preserve as much progress as possible.
I hope this helps, I'm working on an update that will keep it from happening in the future, it may take a couple days.
