If we assume that the stickmen are regular human beings that just look like sticks (they are proven to have bones brains and hearts), that means that when Henry's skull deforms it's potentially cracked or fractured, which takes 5,000 newtons of force.
That could kill or cause permenat brain damage and paralasis, but the real question is how did the warden pull off such an amazing feat?
I'm saying this because the weight of a standard Jurrasic era dinosaur floats around 1000 5900 newtons, I'm pretty sure humans can't do that much ammount of damage.

Waldo is a Where's Waldo thing. So I don't think it really feels out of place
but aeiou is just slapped in there, and has not held the test of time IMO

My favorite medal -ack- is a tie between the "Easy Medal" and "Biggoron's Sword".
I enjoy the puzzle element that's added to them to earn such medals, the Easy Medal is just funny. Something more along the lines of "Biggoron's Sword" in FtC is most likely "Rise and Shine" and that is a close one, but doesn't beat the above two imo.
My least favorite one might be "Spooked" cos you just kinda get it, and not do anything extra in particular. Almost all the medals (excluding the obvious ones like the endings/ranks, fails and credits) have you clicking something extra that you wouldn't normally click if you were just picking choices and fails.
