To be fair for TR, the four of them only had a few guns to take on a whole helicopter and Dmitri and Grigori, so shooting Charles enough to make him fall back so they all could get to the rocket launch was the best play.

Also Charles' options for dealing with the Toppats mostly end in some kind of violence anyways so him going after the support beams tracks. (And all Henry did to the Government in that route was steal the Romanian Ruby instead of the mission they sent him on so he wasn't that bad.)

You can still make bangers out of it im sure, but I havent had that success. Ive used BeepBox (a site) to make a small tune, that might be a better option despite being more limited? Just mess around with both and see what you like
