Im more thinking of released fangames to enjoy if you're feeling a bit of drout from no more official updates, there are some good ones on Scratch and im sure you can find more on newgrounds somewhere.
Some won't be in a typical Henry format (Sadmin Night, or FNF mods including Henry), but they all still hold the same amount of passion, or even more passion than typical fangames

Ofc feel excited about fangames still yet to release (and be patient with them, please. Game dev is harder than you think), But I do recommend supporting already released fangames too

If you get

Lawyered Up - Henry goes to jail for robbing the bank, and he gets a lawyer to legally get him out and clear up the original theft
Unseen Burglar - No one knows he stole the diamond
Government Supported Private Investigator, or Relentless Bounty Hunter - He help take down a criminal organization, and the government pardons you for your non-existent crimes (Puff did confirm that the Wall doesn't care about pardons)
Then why th does Henry get sent to the wall? Even without the pardon, he has a clean record, so
(Ik Puff didn't think of all of this but still interesting to consider)

Also Stealing the Diamond is the only game other than Breaking the Bank where you can't get a "good guy" ending

I think even if he has a clean record WITHOUT the pardons, the Wall still just doesnt care, hes an infamous criminal that needs to actually serve his time in prison in their eyes, even with a clean record.
I do think it has smth to do with the diamond since as you said, he steals it regardless, theres not a route where he doesnt take it. Even if no one knew he took it I think someone would figure out eventually, maybe from CCTV footage in the museum, not entirely sure though
