but my idea is, that a previous leader's era (probably around the 70s-80s) the toppat leader had the idea to make a space station in orbit, alot of toppats were against it, so they overthrew him after they built the station only and stored the idea in a bin of "BAD PLAN IDEAS" or something like that. to then be found by Reggie who reshaped it to be better and then presented it to Henry after he got his leadership (after RPE only from here on out). Henry got captured by the wall shortly after, and then Reggie, who was now Acting-Leader decided to start it up. They probably stole a rocket and reshaped it a little to then have the plan to shoot it into space the following weeks, Henry was now out of prison. and in TK he mentions about initializing it.

(after the other endings) depending on which one, if it's GSPI endings, then Leader Sven took it from Reggie after he got arrested. if it's RBH, RHM, now the leader, took it from reggie and PBT, reggie himself initialized it

and i know personally that a house can look old only after 30 years, heck my house looks older than it did when we got it back in 2008, because vines and collapsed stuff happened. so the launch site after 30 or so years could look like how we see it in the collection
