so Henry plans to take down the Toppats with the help of the Government and his loyalists
the loyalists get on with the Government to help and with all the forces,they take out the remaining Toppats and in process,they take out Ellie,with Henry doing it without mercy since he was hereby dethroned because of her

and bam,you get teh continuation of TCW

at least that's how I imagine it

Being subjective, but they are without a doubt the worst outcome for Henry. A lot of their endings point that out. The only benefit is not only an orbital station, but I kind of see many factors that would lead to Henry and the Toppat Clan’s inevitable downfall.

TL;DR, the Toppats are bad for Henry Stickmin.

It would also brand Henry into a Terrorist nor would I see the clan staying forever, even if Henry is honored leader.
