PC native version is paid yes. The only "way" to get it for free on PC would be to run the mobile version, like android through an emulator such as bluestacks. Do be mindful however that playing on emulators is not an ideal/native experience, and depending on your hardware can lead to extra performance being taken up while also playing the game, not to mention the control scheme will likely not work 1 to 1.
