However, I'm pretty sure those games have dedicated simpler shaders and assets for some things to accomplish better performance

(It might be hard without image perms but I'll try my hardest) My first role idea is a Crewmate role: The Slacker. So you know how the Impostor gets a list of tasks they have to fake? Well, since the Slacker is slacking on the job, they'll also get this list, meaning they won't get any tasks. However, here's the catch: If a certain threshold/number of people vote the slacker in ANY meeting, even if someone else has the majority vote, they'll get voted out alongside anyone else who got voted out. As the Slacker, you want to fake your tasks and not get revealed as the Slacker, else the imps can bump someone off without drawing much suspicion! (This is the first idea I'll post the second idea in a bit, but tell me what I should change with this role!)

well the console port might be sooner than we think since theyve named PSVR2's version among us 3d: vr, which they only did on pc to avoid confusion with among us 3d, so they could be doing the same for playstation and other consoles

They are planning on adding new roles this year, probably.
Also, about the cosmicube prices, they gave us the Indie cosmicube for free, and that was probably one of their biggest collabs.
They also need to get money somehow, remember, 2D is free on Mobile, one of the biggest platforms and where most users are.

Not to mention the fact that the game has no ads (as far as I'm aware)

But the menus were buggy and there was no binds for player list and quick chat buttons

Back when I played 3D demo on steam, I came up with a strategy, that probably other people think too.
Lock yourself and your partner inside a room, and come up with a keyword for double kills.
