Its not in fact the medic who needs the kills. Its simply medic as the group leader. She can have 5 kills and any other 2 ppl can have 4995 kills and she gets the unlock. (Providing she is the group leader)

Yeh, I can suggest picking up Tank as your 2nd person and just sitting in middle of the map with his airstrike leveled up first, get skill cooldowns and get engineer next, just camp middle and u get like 7500+ kills a game (on default) so doesn't take long.
~ Airstrike/Bombardment or w/e its called is super overtuned, at least on default, it just 1shot pretty much everything and once max rank and got enough skill cd, its pretty much always active and killing everything 😄
