Nta i believe that toe is a goner unfortunately, however there are plenty of leos that live just fine without a toe or three (obviously its not good but its not the end of the world)
As for removing shed we generally recommend a sauna to kinda help looses up that skin!
However why are you giving her frequent soaks?

So i kinda just let it do its thing? and thanks for the extra sauna info, i havent tried one before, ive only done humid hides. Also wdym by why am i giving her frequent soaks? im not giving her frequent ones, only when she has stuck shed
i meant like can i keep giving her soaks to help the toe but i can see now that probably not gonna be an option

Nta ah! Okay, My apologies i misunderstood. Yeah soaks generally don't really do anything, or baths. Saunas help provide a nice humid and moist environment to soften up that skin!
Shed issues can be caused by a variety of things, One being a lack of humid hide which should always be provided, Vitamin deficiency i believe or husbandry related issues nta 
Nta the Toe will likely just.. Fall off on its own, as it already seems pretty close in my opinion

Nta i'm not familiar with that exact brand? But as a heads up multivitamins can expire! Usually switch em out every six months i believe nta thought I'd mention it, most people don't realize that :0 ❤️
