While I wait for the video: I got agave on 11/30. I have attempted to feed a few times to check interest and see what/if he would do anything and tonight has been the most interest he's seemed! He seemed to start to figure out his food bowl and then.... cat litter box it? He tried to like kick it out? It was weird. I did get a video and i want to upload too
Is this something I should be concerned about or is he just a little freak? I'm just so curious i've never seen this before

He can have dirt soon! Not now! He's still in quarantine!
I have attempted both! (in and out feeding) and he's seemed disinterested by both and this was just a random, I was handling him and he was super active so I was like woah! maybe you would also like some food!
I put the bowl in his tank for the evening, see what he does 😂
I figure maybe rn it's too much pressure. moms watching. 😭

have you just tried drop feeding or tongs?
taking them out of the enclosure can be pretty distracting for them if theyre already not super interested in eating, and can increase chances of regurgitation

he's kinda coming out of his shell more which is awesome, and also I'm learning new behaviors 😂😂
yes! our first attempts were tongs and drop feeds. he did not have any interest. so that's why i was like maybe??? bowl???

my dumb child does not know how to eat out of a bowl unless its roaches
if its worms she gets overwhelmed and wont eat out of it LMAO

yeah! i've been trying out the different methods and this was the first like actual interest he had even shown in the bugs i was stoked! and then he started kicking them around like kitty litter and i was like .....son now what is this.

perhaps try feeding without supplements and let him smell the prey itself. you can also cut it up and expose the insides maybeee

i tried without first so this was my first attempt with and so i think he??? likes them???? or something? I can't tell 😂 But cutting em is an idea i didn't think of
