So I basically just want to know what that little white spot is in my BN's (female) belly could it possibly be an egg since I recently just put her together with a male BN for around 2 days (I want baby geckos) or something else? It's my first time so I thought I would ask

It also isn’t technically breeding season anymore so :0

might be more effective to try when it is peak breeding season for em. (February to like august)

Though before breeding I would heavily consider the current state of the market with leopard geckos (it’s oversaturated) and also make sure that you’re able to identify this sort of stuff plus understand ethics, genetics, supply/demand, costs, the hard stuff like culling babies if needed, etc. breeding isn’t just putting two animals together for babies c: it’s not something that should just be done for more animals for yourself or friends either, ideally it should be a highly sought after and well planned project.

Here in my place BN's are really sought after, so I think I should know when it comes to pricing and costs. I just need to improve my skills of identifying the genetics

#

So that's the reason why I thought yk

Why not make some BN babies, I already have a male a female, but I should've made some more research

usually u would do the research BEFORE breeding. that way there would be lower chances of things going wrong and u would actually know what u were doing and how things work

#

if it is something that u are actually set on though, talk to some breeders about it. they don't have to be breeders of bns specifically but it will for sure help. and hopefully someone can mentor u for a few years until ur actually ready to start breeding!
