#Moving While Brumating

Recently moved about an hour away and I have not yet taken Rex Begonia with me, I wanted the flat to be prepared first before bringing him down. However now that I have the space set up and ready, he is fully brumating. My family has been taking care of him and there isn't an urgent rush to move him down (other than my desire to have him).

Would it be unwise to move him while he is like this? Would he be more or less likely to be super shocked by a big move? I have moving plans in place, and a way to keep him warm and safe while I drove. However, it would still be quite disruptive regardless.

If i don't move him now he can stay the rest of brumation with my family. I miss him tho!

Thank you for your thoights.

To be honest I don't know! I do think that it's probably not a big enough deal that you must do one thing or another, I'd say it's up to what works best for you?

Not especially, unless the animal in question is being intentionally brumated in a fridge type of situation, which you wouldnt want to warm them up randomly in the middle
