Yesterday I had transferred everything over to Comet's new tank so I had to put her into my critter keeper. Every time I do this she freaks out and frantically claws at the sides of the container. Does anyone have any tips on how to get her to not freak out if there are any? I don't want it to become a big deal if I have to take her to the vet or clean her tank

i put foliage in my leo’s critter keeper

and a blanket over it usually

a blanket over helps a lot, it makes it feel like a hide instead of being so exposed

I'll definitely try this out - not only does it make me sad when I see Comet getting so freaked out but also the sound of her little feet/claws squeaking against the plastic is just so AUUGHHHH (I'm autistic lmfao)

NTA but I always put Tango’s hide in the container I put him in so he had somewhere to hide, and then after I clean his tank I put him there so I can clean the container he was hiding in while I was cleaning if that makes sense
