Cooling down enclosures

I have a leo and a cornsnake, and both their enclosudres are at 31°c at 11PM- We havent had their lights on in 3 weeks because of this heatwave and even at night their enclosures wont cool. We can tell they are distressed, but we have no where else we could drop them off. Any ideas how to cool down their enclosures??

Im completely new to reptiles but it could be helpful to know when you turn the lights off if you dont mind!

also is the entire enclosure 31C or just one side?

what methods are you currently using to try to cool the tank down

All of it and I haven’t had the lights on in 3 weeks cause the temperatures here are insane atm

I tried misting down their enclosures with cold water and putting a fan with a wet towel In front of it

Both doesn’t do much

do you have AC?

my leo had a very hot enclosure recently and turning the AC on cooled it down very quick

i would try a frozen water bottle wrapped in a cool towel in front of the fan
