your husbandry overall sounds fine other than missing a thermostat, the pure calcium in the diet and moving the humid hide to the middle. it may just be that she's predisposed to things due to genetics or may just be battling a few things that were there prior but not caught.

your vet will be able to advise you on combinations of meds & wouldn't prescribe anything that would be dangerous, assuming you take the leo to the same vet they would know what the leo is already taking & at what dosage (and u can always remind them)

vitamin A deficiency can cause both eye and mouth issues

seeing them happen together should be a warning flag for supplementation

^knowing this does not replace a vet visit as vitamin A deficiency takes a long time to correct and may not even be the cause of the conditions happening at once
