UVB lighting questions

Looking at the shopping list (Canadian) for UVB lights, the Arcadia 2.5% that's linked is out of stock. Am I right in assuming that's the one I'd need for a 20 gallon tank? (yes I know 40 gallon is recommended, will most likely upgrade in the future but 20 is what we have for now) Would the others on the shopping list be too strong? I can check the pet stores in the town I work in tomorrow to see if they have the Arcadia 2.5% kits.

for a 20 gallon its recommended to wait to get uvb and just supplement accordingly until you can get a 40 :)

the !suppschedule has options for both with and without uvb, but upgrading to a 40 should absolutely be the priority before uvb

hey let me know if I should start a new post for this, but do you guys think this is a good tank? Hiii so 'yes' the tank is good. I am using pretty much the same ones for both my leos ^^ only issue with gallons is they all measure weirdly, However as long as the measurements are above thriving minimum it should be fine :3 nqa

thanks. it's 36" x 18" x 18" so seems an adequate size. there are some used tanks I'm finding but almost all are in southern Ontario and would be such a drive the savings aren't really worth it, and of course with used there's always a chance you see it in person and there's damage you didn't see in the photos. would be really ticked if I drove a few hours and that happened!

nope, I think I just answered my own question from looking at that chart, looks like it should by 7% I think

For this tank you do not want the 2.5%.

7% is okay, 5% reptisun is better for that blockage.

little dude slightly freaked us out by not pooping until the 5th day we had him home, even though he was eating, but he's now pooped 2 days in a row and seems fine so I'm not as worried about changing up his surroundings. at least he's used to the smells and sounds in our house now.

as it turns out 14" appears to be the smallest size but should be fine in a 36" long tank right?
