sorry if this is a weird question, but my gecko normally poops in one spot in his cave, but i noticed today he pooped outside of his regular spot. is this normal?? the poop looks completely fine

Did you recently reorganize the enclosure?

Mine switched to an akward spot so I just moved the waste to his regular spot and he continued to go in his normal spot

he’s been on his cool side a lot lately so maybe that’s why

Mine poops in his cool side - he pooped under his basking spot once and it smelled so bad lmfao
