I am getting a 4-5 months old leopard gecko in about a week. I’m currently working on setting up her tank but I’d like to get one main question out of the way: how often should I give my leo her supplements without over or under providing them? I have the Fluker’s leopard gecko vitamins and Fluker’s calcium and D3 (no added phosphorus). I plan on leaving a pot of the calcium and D3 powder in the tank for her to lick at when she wants it, but how often should I coat her food in the vitamins? I’ll probably feed her everyday until she gets to be 8 months old.

plain calcium in the tank. not with d3
Can i get plain calcium at petsmart?
you should be able to
aight thank youuuu
honestly everyone’s schedule is different so if you’d like you can use mine or base yours off of it, I do calcium with d3 twice a week, calcium without d3 3 times a week, and multivitamin twice a week. Good brands are repashy and zoo meds. You can add a small dish of calcium without d3 into the tank but if you see your leopard gecko taking big chunks from it i’d be a bit cautious because they can overdose. I’m happy to help if you have any other questions (NQA)
i would honestly go for one of the supplement schedules ven linked since 5 months cuts it close to subadult. by that point they dont need to be eating everyday
seconding what xia mentioned.
