So Sunfyre just shed about a week ago, but unfortunately she’s been refusing food since then. Usually she refuses food for a day or two, but it’s been 6 days (haven’t tried to feed her today yet).

Am I worried over nothing?

Nqa it’s also breeding season so she could be refusing for that reason too

trim fractal
#

Ohhh that might be it!

Nqa id suggest getting a scale and measuring her weight

The scale reads around 50g

#

she’s on the smaller side

#

Anyways

6 days also isn’t a long time for a gecko not to eat in general :0

If her weight isn’t dropping nqa she should be fine and id see if she’s eats in a couple days

Atleast it’s not 4 months like timbit c:

If you start to notice an extreme drop in weight or not using the bathroom properly id suggest a vet visit but for now id suggest just monitor her weight daily or every other day nqa

Healthy leopard geckos and afts (that is what Timbit is) can go months without eating and be fine

Last thing was her shed fine? She probably ate the shed and got some nutrients that way too

trim fractal

Yes it was!

#

Everything was well. She refused to eat again today, so I’ll be trying tonight or tomorrow again

Just an update, she ate one mealworm after I gutted it last night, but refused others. She also lost 2 grams
