It looks much darker in real life, and one is heavier than the other but I really dont know as I have no experience

To my knowledge though leopard geckos cannot reproduce through partho like say cresties

That's what I heard but then someone else said it's very rare so I didnt want to take the chance of throwing them away without at least making sure there's no chance

Where’d you get her from if I may ask

S and S breeders at a pet Expo

Texas expo?

#

Mainly asking cus the one s&s I know of is a pretty unethical petshop who also sells at expos and they’re Houston based iirc

They're based in texas. but I got them from a pet expo in mississippi. I think it's the same place

In that case, I mentioned it in leo chat too but regardless if she was placed with a male or not, and if they’re fertile or not it would be best if they were culled/frozen. Especially if she’s from an unethical source. Since you don’t have crucial information. It would be unethical to hatch the eggs and bring in frankly low quality animals /gen

#

Did they just tell you she was an albino or did they give you actual genetic information on the animal

Just said she was albino and a female. nothing else

That solidifies my point above even more. You don’t know her full genetics so if those eggs are fertile / she was housed with a male before you got her you would be bringing in geckos with unknown genetics. Females can also retain semen for I believe up to a year and a half? And in that case you were to keep each egg you would need a 36x18x18 with proper husbandry (proper overhead heating, thermostat, uvb, clutter, loose substrate, etc) for each baby /gen

While I’m here I am gonna pop the server care guide for you just so you have it! It’s got up to date care information backed by scientific data c: !guide

Egg question aside it’s a good resource to have especially as a new owner

The egg would not be that red if it was just laid! That's a slug

If it is fertile, which I don't think it is, it would be from retained sperm rather than partho most likely. Leopard Geckos can retain sperm for over a year
