nqa you can only really determine a geckos approximate age by their pattern if you dont have a hatch date.

even then, geckos that are adults (1 year+) are indistinguishable.

yours looks younger than a year, id put em at about 6-8 months ime

i got my gecko 2021-2022 around jan or feb in 2022 im estimating

the feb 2022 photo, do you mean 2023? the tail regrowth is more progressed than the dec 2022 pic (the pattern is coming in more)

they might be a little stunted/slow in growth potentially from tail regrowth during the early stages of life but thats just a guess from what ive seen from similar cases

well if you have images of them from 2 years ago theyd be over the age of 2

yea i understand but like i said there have been other cases where tail regrowth in young leos has caused issues like this before. something similar is actually suspected to have happened with one of our admins rescue/rehab leos. as long as you dont see any issues with your leos ability to thrive i assume its alright. a vet could assess qol if you do find that being an issue
