Fortunately i dont think these bits are due to cut off circulation, if she's really that upset about handling you could probably wait until next shed. Are you using a multivitamin? What kind? This is relevant to skin health

oop

yea

nqa they pretty much lose a lot of effectiveness after a certain amount of time, it can be slowed down by storing in the fridge

#

how often are you dusting with multi?

unreal lodge
#

about 2 times a week

So it looks like that multivitamin also only contains beta carotene, which we don't have a lot of good literature on the efficacy of so I personally do avoid it when used alone

so i should get a different one if so which one

arent most reptile multivitamins beta carotene based? im pretty sure only reptivite also has synthetic A in it

I personally love repashy calcium plus, but there are options with arcadia and some people use reptivite

#

if you want to use calcium plus, I'd switch your calcium + d3 to a pure calcium and keep your repashy in the fridge

unreal lodge
#

i dont use d3 cause i have a uvb light

frigid pecan
#

gotcha, use repashy calcium plus LoD formula or an arcadia product, they have low d3 so you have less risk of overdosing

#

there are a few arcadia products and im familiar with none but i believe their revitalize formula has low d3

yeah most multivites use it, but on its own its efficacy is unknown
