She just started licking her eye and im more concerned

nqa if shes licking her eye shes just trying to get stuff out of it. if it hasnt been 24 hours since she shed, leave her for the 24h.

after that, contact a certified exotics vet. you shouldnt mess with their eyes

youre also technically not supposed to help until after those 24 hours. chances are they can get it on their own if you give them time
