My leopard gecko is albino so I was wondering if I could use the 5% Forrest uvb by Arcadia instead of the shade dweller that has 7% Would this be ok or would I just need to get the 7% and put even more clutter and hides around that side of the tank?

I do not know if we have actual readings of the uvi output from the forest bulbs being a t8 bulb. Do you know how tall your tank is
arcadia's charts for their bulbs are not the best as they use outdated info so

oh no the arcadia brand is fine and trusted but generally the information avaliable is with their t5 bulbs.
Finding what uvb bulb you're going to use has a few factors though.
height of the tank and mesh of the lid are two big factors
it's sadly not just a pick this bulb and you're good.
hence why i asked how tall your tank is and what the brand of the lid is
