NQA You shouldn't have to feed em. They're a clean up crew. For leave litter I'd wait till leave start falling and collect them yourself. You can bet botanicals like seed pods online if you'd want them. My reason for you waiting is most the leave litter online isn't going to decay fast. While once leaves start falling they're decaying giving your cuc some food. You shouldn't have to supplement with other foods tho

you still should occasionally provide them with veggies and protein to my knowledge. I hide dried mealworms in areas i know the pods frequent in the bioactives occasionally
Pangea sells leaf litter! oak and magnolia are two common leaves used. I just buy it and then throw it in the tank
powder blues love munching on them in my experience
they don't have to be decaying for them to munch
