Call me stupid if you must 
but I didn't realize that worms turned into needles(most of them) so now some of the feeder worms I use for Orion are turning into...well beetles. What do I do? Just toss them and buy more? Feed them to him? May seem like a stupid question and I was just gonna toss them. But realized I should check by here because I get good answers here. Thank you for the help✨🥰

You can feed them, use them as clean up crew (CUC) in naturalistic setups, or let them breed to make more mealworms over time

my Leo’s favorite food is legit mealworm pupae LOL
i place them around his tank to hunt down on his own (and if they get away, they become cleanup beetles… which he sometimes eats too)

like maybe 2 weeks as a pupae before beetling it up but it does get influenced by temperature
the pupae that are abt to become beetles have noticeably darker legs visible on the pupae
eyes and legs and antennae are visibly darker
