Today I noticed I haven’t seen my isopods move around lately so i checked the tank and saw this. Almost all of my isopods have died. Does anyone know what it is? What should I do with it?

that appears to be a giant beetle larva
of how it got in there and was able to grow to that size, i have no idea
but that itself should not be the reason your isopods have died
beetle larvae eat the same stuff isopods eat
just normally within the dirt, not on top of it

How should I take care of it? Do I just leave it be?

well to prevent any possible other thing happening youd either just take it out and put it in some dirt or something
or just keep it there if you want a beetle
