I know during this time it’s normal for some lack of interest in food but I’m still a bit worried. Miso has NOT left his humid hide for 3-4 days now. I open up the hide to check on him and he’s still responsive, if anything I was worried because usually if I’d open a hide he’d leave but he seems to REALLY be in there. I’ve attempted a few feeders to which he has denied all, and I suppose my main concern is that he’s normally not this shy. He also seems more dried out? He just shed and usually after he has more elasticity in his skin but i checked today and he seems kinda shriveled looking as if he’s going to shed, though his last shed was in the past 1-3 days as well. Just notified small changes in behavior like hiding more, not as active, not eating, etc. I have noticed his tail thinned out a bit but not too significantly (see attached photos for before and after from this past week).
Temps have been slightly colder due to a cold front we’re in but nothing of concern. Also he’s 6-7 months, eats mealworms, crickets, Dubais, and hornworms occasionally. He’s denied eating all of these and ate one meal worm today, tried to bite the other one but very lazily as if he really didn’t want it, ended up not eating it
