oohh
In terms of heat- if you are worried about it getting too cold, monitor ambient temps in your house at night. If it’s getting into the low 60s in your home at night (or colder) you may need a supplemental heat source like a ceramic heater (CHE bulb) or a deep heat penetrating (DHP) bulb
hmmm
To prevent your house from burning down, make sure all heating elements are controlled by a thermostat, and all heating and lighting elements are plugged in safely
my room is usually around 65-70 at night?
good to know
also, is UVB or Basking light better for the animal? and, if you have any sites i can see i do need to know how to set it up. if you cant provide such, its alright. thanks for help and stuff, im really happy to get into owning leopard geckos once fully equipped.
4 the night i have a heating pad aswell as monitor my room temp , heatung pads can be bad but i monitor the temperature and make sure everything is safe
i use an electric temp thingy

yea i hope i dont regret it making the decision
which i prob wont
but i am getting it when i move to oregon soon
okay
if there is a doubt in your mind about wanting an animal then dont get it until you are 100% set on it. these creatures can live a few decades, oldest recorded being over 40 years old but on average with a healthy leo and good husbandry you’re looking at 20+ years.
