Me geckos mouth looks concerning and I’m not sure what to do about it but I think he might have mouth rot ? He isn’t acting any different and is eating but If someone could look at these pictures and let me know what to do to help him that would be great

He has a vet appointment for tomorrow so hopefully that will go well :))
Nvm they double booked and it got moved to Friday , is it okay to wait or should I try to get a sooner appointment somewhere else ?
