we currently do not know the actual nutritional values for isopods like we do with roaches and mealworms as it's not something that is readily available atm. same goes for substitute roach species and things. Doesn't mean they are bad. Isopods are pretty common in the community to use as feeders C:
In terms of what to use. Powder blues/oranges , giant canyons, porcellio laevis are all commonly fed off cus they're softer.
Mhm ok. Thanks peachy
I wonder if the info will ever be charted. Escpially with keepers using them.
i'd love for it to! same with for the other roach species and stuff because it means we could add it to our feeder chart :D
This will be fun. I have a friend I might be able to buy from for ispods but not sire of his success rate so trying to talk to him bout if not I'll buy on ebay. I would do Rainbow but they are expensive.
there's an isopod server if you would like it with people who sell pods!
also take a look at isoflora and smugbug C: Rainbow mainly focuses on feeders so it doesn't surprise me that their isopods are sorta lacking
Thanks that would help peachy.
