I think my leos humidity is way too high, its bioactive so has some arid plamts in and during the day it tends to stay at around 50% but 42% if I have a humidifier on which since noticing the high humidity ive had on 24/7, at night it can get all the way up to 72% but typically caps out at around 66, the substrate is a mix of arcadia earth mix arid and pro rep leo life in a 70/30 split and it's been in the tank for about 4 days now, so does anyone have any tips on getting the humidity down?

higher humidity at night is normal and with newer substrate it is going to be higher
the 42-50% is fine though during the day :D
that's still in their range
their humidity range is 30-55~ roughly
ah thank you I was panicking a bit because everywhere says that their humidity should be 20-40 so was worried he'd develeop an RI
how long do you reckon it would take for the substrate to become less humid? like does it typically take a couple days or are we talking a couple weeks
There's a lot of outdated info on them out their sadly :C
MM it can depend ! my substrate dried out fairly quickly
