I recently found this site and this guys YouTube channel and he seems super informative. He does have a 40 Gal breeder set and I just want to make sure if this would be a good set to buy? He also has a YouTube video regarding setup and what not so I just want to ensure if I buy this set it would have (mostly) everything my Leo would need. Of course I’d adjust the lighting as I have an albino as well as get a CUC but overall does the Bioactive Sahara sets seem good?

It’s 120 dollars less roughly to get all of this off the shopping list and get more for your money.
The kit is overpriced for what it comes with and offers
Comparison I made for example
You also get to pick your own plants with doing it yourself while with his kit you do not get to pick
Besides for the exoterra thermostat the biodude in general is overpriced for a lot of stuff / his substrates are subpar
Slate and rocks / wood can also be found outside for free
