Campaign Hook
You are members of a mercenary company, Skilled and competent at all matters of skirmishes. There are over 4 Different player run mercenary companies within the island of Porto de Argo, All with different objectives and all with different alliances. The question is not if you're going to fight each other, the question is when it's going to happen.
What To Expect
Immense importance of backstories to drive the narrative through the use of back story npcs that will be morally righteous to some and morally bankrupt to others.
Sandbox political and military play(featuring difficult combats, with multi phase bosses, time sensitive objects, and always changing political alliances.)
Player-driven narrative — no fixed main quest(Lower level sessions tend to be more beer and pretzels, with higher level sessions being more narrative focused.)
System & Style
D&D 5E (2024 primary, 2014 supported)
Characters start Level 1 (with greatly boosted durability)
Low fantasy, grounded realism

Setting Vibe
The historically-inspired island fractured into rival states.
Inspirations are Berserk, Fire Emblem, ASOIAF.
The main inspiration would have to be the Crusades.
Schedule
Three weekly parties (shared world):
Friday — Emerald Lion (In need of 2 martial characters)
Saturday — Golden Blades (Entirely full)
Sunday — Diamond Queen (Entirely full.)
Time: 5–10 PM Central (USA)

Willingness to engage in sandbox storytelling
New players are welcome if they are able to ask questions to know what DND is.
